Ella:So sorry to hear she showed up...It sucks. We did our first IUI January of 2009. A Clomid only cycle. In October We switched insurance and learned they would cover IUI. I had to sit out in October due to a large cyst. I was put on birth control. November we did a cycle with Clomid and Menopur. That resulted in the birth of our son. He is now 16 months. I was supposed to go in this past Wed for baselines, but the clinic asked me to sit out a cycle due to the holidays. Im OK with it, I need a break. Long story short..........I guess the answer would be 2.

Im almost done with my shopping!!! Just a few more gifts to go!! Hope everyone has a great Christmas

Still No monthly friend. I m still waiting.... I will test again Monday and no matter what call the doc. Boobs not hurting ..just feels like somethings going on... Who knows.......

So my monthly friend came 2 days ago. Since I never went to the do ctor, I will not know what actually happened. I was not on any cycle. Every month that I get the old friend makes me sad. Im still hopeful though... Happy New Year to all my forum friends. I know Im never alone with all you guys here. I ran out of $$$$$$$$$$ of cycles, so Its gonna take a miracle. Its a good thing Im hopeful. Xo

Wannabeat..............Im so sorry, I was sooooo hopeful. You know, maybe it's better off not knowing....
Im glad you have such a good outlook. I know all too well how hard this whole process is. Im in the same boat as you when it comes to $$$$$ for treatments. We are done for a while after this 4th cycle.

AFM......trying to get back into my normal routine. The Holidays were great, but Im glad they are over!! Im currently on CD 15. Im not real sure if I even ovulated this cycle, I did not pay much attention!!

Hello and Happy New Year!
that's too bad Wannabeat :-( but as you already are, stay positive miracles do happen! Bkaupert, I am good... thank you for asking!:-) New Year, I hope will be good to us. Today is is my CD 15 as well! lol we are cycle buddies. I take bbt to see if i ovulate or not, it has been pretty low so far so it is possible that I am ovulating right now.. the spike in temps indicates that ovulation did take place. I hope to see that spike tomorrow or the day after- I hope!. I had a review with my doc. I had a tiny polyp that according to my doc. wasn't obstructing anything but since I didn't get pregnant after 4 IUI cycles my doc decided to perform endometrial biopsy. I had that done CD11. If nothing happens this cycle we will try IVF. Have a follow up visit next week.A lot of people get ppg in between cycles so I am keeping all fingers crossed for me and you Brooke!

Hey EllaK......... good to hear from you!!! OUCH.........I had an endometrial biopsy a few years ago to rule out a Luteal Phase Defect.........it was not pleasant for me at all!!!! I hope your's was easier!!
**PG ment** That was more painful than Labor!!!! Im sure everyone in the waiting room heard me scream!! Wow, we are exactly on the same schedule. I normally have a 27-28 day cycle........how about you?? It would be wonderful to conceive on our own during our break. We have been able to have some fun the past few days, let's hope one swimmer will find his way!! If not, it's on to IUI #4...... Since I last posted, I have noticed some O pain, so possibly it's happening now as well.

Just popping by to wish everyone luck for 2012. I hope there is lots of happy news here this year. We've just been approved to go on training for our second adoption. Takes a long time for everything to get going. We hope to have been on training by the end of March with a view to being approved by November/December so it's unlikely that 2012 will welcome a new child into our house but it should hopefully be a productive year of building towards that goal!! Gem xx
