Itscin -I like that the new RE seems to be more aggressive. I felt the same way you did about leaving my RE. But I was so happy I did even though they didn't help much either. I just felt like they were listening to me more. I am now on my 3rd RE. Once you leave one it gets easy to switch.

Mira - I understand the silent emotional pain of being around children. I would leave places crying all the time. It is tough. Sending you huge hugs.

Little sprite - sending you tons of study vibes. I hope it rains when you need to study that way you won't feel like your missing anything outside. Good luck studying for the bar.

Shortee - definitely enjoy the weather. It has been rainy here for days. I want sun.

babies - sorry about the BFN - they just bite. So happy to hear about your mother. Hope you can start another fresh cycle soon. I always hated the wait inbetween.

Pecan - sorry to hear about your job being busy. Hope it is fun busy and not horrible busy. I have been swamped with horrible busy. But I am not complaining. SS is much better. I expected the flu to be bad but he was over it fast. Unfortunately, he ended up with fifth disease from school. He has had no luck lately. School is out soon so that will be good.

Lisa - how is the job going?

Charity - I love the idea of a social group.

Ok, got my blood results and things look good. It is the first time after ovualtion that I have had progestrone in the normal range. It is usually below normal. Yeah. Next step is a day 3 u/s and more blood tests. At least I feel like I am moving in the right direction.

hugs to all
Dawn

Remember me?

Hi Girls,

It's been so long since I've posted. Months. I've missed you guys, but I quit coming to the board because I felt that I'd become too obsessed with my fertility problems, and that I had to focus on my marriage and living my life for a while. I'm sorry for my absense, but I do check everyone's status every so often. Congratulations to our new mommies! To everyone else, my heart goes out to you.

Once I felt strong enough, I went back to my doctor, who wasn't exactly encouraging, but didn't feel it was all over for me yet. Well, I had an IUI last cycle and an amazing BFP, but my progesterone is very low: 6.4.

So I'm on progesterone suppositories, but this morning I woke up and all my pregnancy symptoms are gone. I think I'm losing this one. It will be my third miscarriage. You guys, I'm a basket case. I'm so sad. I'm going for a blood test right now. I feel so cursed. Any thoughts? Any words of encouragement?

Love,
Sunny

Sunny...Congtratulations on your BFP hon! I'm sorry for your other losses and your current scare. There were days where my pg symptoms were much more evident than others. They seemed to get progressively stronger as the day went on...I'm hoping something similar is happening for you kiddo. I am hoping the suppositories alone are going to do the trick to get your progesterone up enough, but have they discussed PIO or another form of progesterone support? The only reason I ask is that even with suppositories, I don't seem to have my cycle length extended at all. It just doesn't seem to be doing a lot for me, and I'm going to consider discussing this option with my RE for the next cycle. Also, there is the worry if there is another loss, that maybe there are thrombophilia or immmunological issues going on. Have you had the testing done? I would recommend it if you haven't and there are current issues. I'm so hoping this little bean sticks, and you won't have to worry about any of this. Sending hugs to you and please report back your test results. I will be praying for you in the meantime kiddo.

test

I got blood test results. My HSG is 195. Two days ago it was 127. It's going up very slowly, but they say there's a chance this pregnancy is still viable. Wait and see. Ugh. It's horrible.
