4g/4g PAI, anyone else?

I'm almost 38 yrs old, I've had 2 MC's in 2008, the 2nd in Dec. My bloodwork revealed my last pregnancy had every chromosome in place, and I have 4g/4g PAI (doc does say this greatly increases my odds for MC) and heterozygous for MTHFR C (probably not significant).
My ob is excellent, a progressive doc, but not a high risk doc. She did consult with a high risk ob about my condition, high risk doc says in the past my dx would be treated with aspirin daily before TTC and Lovenox post ovulation, HOWEVER, now they are treating this more conservatively, if the mother does not have a prior or close family history of blood clotting. Treatment now is just aspirin daily while TTC and thru pregnancy.
Thus far I have found only two or 3 currently pregnant women (online) with this condition, and they are all on Lovenox. DH and I are going to TTC in the next couple of months. I get pregnant very easily, on the first try both MC's.
I'm looking for stories of successful pregnancies with 4g/4g PAI treated only with aspirin. If I don't find any, I will insist on Lovenox, but I don't want it if I don't need it. Thanks for reading this.

I am very sorry for your losses.

Aside from the link from the pp, you might want to check out the TTC 35+ board -- it has an active and knowledge group of women. I think it gets more traffic than over here.

I don't have any experience with 4g/4g/ PAI -- hope you can find someone who does.

Wishing you the best,
-tia
