HI Ladies,

I posted this on the general bb but didn't get a response so I was wondering if anyone on this board could help me out.

How soon did resume exercise after your amnio? I've been taking a real easy since I had it last Tues afternoon, but went back to the gym tonight and did the eliptical for 25 minutes. My Ob said it's fine to resume exercise at this point but I can't help but feel worried.

I didn't do amnio but from what I read it can affect you for up to a week. I hope you get the response you need.

Two Days
I worked out a day after. However my idea of a workout these days is to use the stationary recumbant cycle on a medium to low setting, about as low impact as it gets.
