A couple of little things (clothes, books), and a session when the baby comes with this woman--who takes amazing infant shots.

Dh is getting a new surfboard from me. He better use it now, he'll get less of a chance once the baby comes.

Very cool pics!!! We are taking it easy this Christmas in the gift department. We already bought tickets to go to Italy in June to see our family. It will be Baby Enzo's first transatlantic flight! So we decided to save $$ now and spend it in June.
Here's a funny thought....I'll have to get a passport and use the baby's birth pic or such for the document.....and passports expire every 10 years..so that will be pretty funny when he is traveling later in life and the customs agent looks at the pic..."hmmmm son....did you use Rogaine?"

great thread! i asked for BIG fuzzy robe and slippers (for the hospital).
dh already got me (and setup) a new LCD TV and upgraded us to digital cable (in case i end up on bedrest or home before the baby comes, and because i'll be home for a while after the baby comes).
i sorta feel like a healthy baby is all i want if you KWIM?
fyi... kids passports don't go 10 years... i think it was like 5? and special rules for getting the first time AND renewing! and you need an official passport photo... so you may want to ask when/if you have professional photos taken about shooting an appropriate passport photo, especially if you'll be applying right away.
dh and i are a bit crazy... i have a business trip to france at about the 10-11w mark (assuming baby comes on EDD) and we're thinking we'd like to try and make the trip. it's business, but a lot of room for fun! not sure we'll be able to do it.
cheers,
-tia
