Aren't things different from the TTC world where many more things are happening at a much more rapid pace? Especially if you are in IF treatments! Now there is so much waiting and so much time between doctor's appointments. I am so impatient. Really, I last saw a doctor 11 days ago and I only need to wait another 17 days until I go to my first OB appointment at 11w6d. The only two events in between are a blood test at the end of the week the subsequent weaning from progesterone suppositories (sorry if tmi). Just gestating takes such patience. I think I need a life. Definately need more distractions to stop obsessing over trying to make it to the second trimester!

It's such a hard transition after the daily b/w & u/s!

Well, after a week on bedrest, I have my first appt today. I feel good and have had no more bleeding, so hoping for a positive visit. Should have another u/s today to confirm healing of the hemorrhage, but they have not said for sure. I am hoping to get back to work tomorrow as I have not been getting paid for the last week, and am a single mom, so needless to say, things will be tight!

Wish me luck and I will post when I get back.

Hope things go well Mygirlmomma.

Hey there Houndlover.

MelissaS, How's everything going? Where are you going for vacation? Have fun.

Annie, you're right, things slow down a lot. But soon you'll get use to it. I think we get spoiled going to RE's. (smile)

Mygirl--good luck!! I hope everything is OK and your life can go back to normal.

Annie--I know, I swear the waiting is killing me. Its too early to start buying babystuff, although there is plenty of time to research! LOL!

These monthly appointments are for the birds!! Although I don't know if I've actually gone three weeks between u/s and b/w that needed to happen at certain weeks.

Faith, we are going to Cape May, on the New Jersey Shore.

AAM: Nothing new with me. Have an OB appointment this Thursday . . . tap, tap tapity tap, just trying to keep busy so that this time goes by quicker.

Absolutely nothing to new with me at all.

MelissaS- enjoy your vacation!

annieb40, I guess we are now in the hurry and wait phase (more waiting than hurrying though).

mygirlmomma - best wishes for good news at your appt.

Take care all,
Pecan

Wonderful visit today. All is repaired, and I baby is doing great! Saw the little bugger kicking and squirming all over the place. Now I think I can let go and get a little excited! Thanks for the well-wishes ladies!
