Oh No!

Oh Crap! for this pg I'm using a different ob than last time. I just realized I forgot to tell her about our Rh issues. With my mc's and w/ my last pg I had to get a Rhogam injection. I completely forgot to mention it to the new ob. Does anyone know when I should be getting the Rhogam?? I'm 12w exactly and am now starting to panic!!

It is like 20 something I think. I kow you are still ok. I am RH- also and I am sure they know from your original blood work with thei pregnancy. I think the only time they do it this early is if you had amnio or cvs and they do it then.
Don't worry

i think it's not an issue until closer to 3rd trimester, unless you do amnio or cvs -- at least that's what my pg book says. but i'm a first timer and rh+ so not sure.

call your ob and don't panic. it's something they're on top of... you may not have mentioned it but if rh- needed the shot earlier they would have been asking about your blood type.

and congrats on your pg!

They would have checked with your early bloodwork but I am also a neg and had to have one the other night due to bleeding. If you have not had bleeding then you'll get it in your second trimester toward the end I think. It is not time for it yet though unless your having tests or bleeding.

Barging here
I am RH- and both pg's have gotten the shot at 28 weeks. I would have received one earlier if I had the ammino/cvs testing. After the baby is born - if he is RH+ you will get another shot. It's right around the same time as the 1 hr Glucose test - so you shouldn't have a problem remembering to follow-up on it
