Somebody pinch me please! WOW, I am 44 years old and pregnant. The Lord has blessed me 7 children here on earth and 7 in heaven. I had my last baby at 42. I have had 3 of those miscarriages 1 year after the birth of my last baby. Well, I had a beta drawn on 15 dpo and it was 224. I went for another one 3 days later ( 69 hrs.) and it went up to 760! The doubling time is 32 hours. I am so excited!! I treasured my last pregnancy as I thought it would be my last considering my age. Wow, to experience this all again is a dream come true!

Well ladies I went for an u/s today. The RE said all he expected to see was a sac today and thats just what we saw! I go again next week and then we shall see a H/b. I am so happy for this experience one more time!

well, I went for another u/s yesterday at 6.5 wks. I got to see my baby and it's heart beating!!! The heartbeat is good and strong and the baby measured a good size. I go back in 2 wks for another u/s. The RE is going to see me through till 10 1/2 wks which will be great reassurance along the way. I feel so incredibly blessed!
