Here's a little bit about me.

Been ttc for many, many years. I just went through my #2 IVF and got my very first BFP. So, this will be our first little one, (for my dh and me). My due date is Jan 2 2007. Just wanted to get to know you ladies. Had my first beta on 4/26 (99) and my next #2 beta 4/28 378, First U/S, where we saw the Heartbeat. Wow! (Singleton)
Praying for a Very healthy Pregnancy for all of us. Congrats to all of you Mommies. Hoping to get to know all of you wonderful ladies and show support to you as we're going through our preggo's.
Just join right in.

God Bless
Faith

a little about me

DH and I have been ttc for almost five years....wow, that was hard to write! I have had four unsuccessful iuis, one cancelled ivf cycle and one failed ivf cycle. In December of 2005, I got my first BFP through IVF, but unfortunately I m/c at almost 3 months. So, here I am again....just found out about my BFP on 5/17. I am soooo nervous. My first beta was 441. I have another beta tomorrow. My RE has not told me officially what my due date would be, but based on some internet calculators, I think it will be around January 18.

I am looking forward to going on this journey with all of you. God only knows how I would stay sane without this site!

Hi all....
I'll be 38 in October. Due Aug. 14th with this baby. This is my 4th child, and was an "unexpected surprise".. Hubby and I thought we were done . Anyway, have never had any problems TTC, so it's good for me to be on this site reading and getting to know a whole different aspect of pregnancy. I have gained new respect and appreciation for pregnancy itself . Guess I didn't realize how lucky I was.
I wish you all the best with your babies and look forward to reading your posts!

Hi All,
I just turned 38 and am pg with #2, due in November. DH and I tried for 4 years to conceive #1, who is now 2 1/2 years old. We started treatment again just before she turned one and it's been quite a ride... Suspected ectopic in August, 04, m/c in Feb 05, m/c in June 05. After some extensive blood work my RE determined that I tested positive for a blood clotting disorder and put me on baby aspirin and lovenox (a form of heparin) in August, 05. I've been on ever since. We did 2 IUIs with injectables since then and the second one worked! I'm currently 12w4d. Because of my history of m/c paired with age and blood thinners I am considered high risk -- so far that means that I've had to go in every week for an u/s to see how this baby is doing. All is looking perfect so far and I couldn't be happier!

I can't wait to learn more about you ladies and wish you all the best of luck with your pregnancies!

Jenn

Hello everyone
I just saw this board and thought I'd say hi...
I'm 36 and due in July with my 4th baby.. It is however, my 13th (or 14th) pregnancy, the rest ending in m/c between 10 and 14 weeks...
My youngest is 7 and this is only the 3rd pregnancy in the years since he was born and came as a complete suprise (that it 'took') Unfortunately, i think much too much of a shock to my dh cos he walked out the door 4 months ago when I was 12 weeks It was very sudden, very unexpected and man, it has been TOUGH!! I worry about all the stress this lil' one has endured...Mama's not been in a good state the last 4 mths...
My other children are thrilled beyond belief and can't wait until she (yes, she) is born...We've all picked her name together and I figure it is DHs loss...He's thrown away 15 yrs together and walked straight into a new relationship which really KILLS but my kids and I cannot wait to be blessed with out little one
Bit of a novel I've written when really, I did just mean to say hi...lol

Mel.

Warning- children mentioned and I am not pg- Just wanted to let you know who I was!

Great to see you ladies with so much energy! I'm worn out- fighting strep for a second time in 2 weeks (never before that I remember). I am planning my ds's bday party for Sun nite- the place is rented and we have 5 baseball games in the next six days, preschool graduation and 3 other birthday parties + last week of school and I must get teacher gifts together--- I am tired just typing all that. And I am enjoying getting to know you all. If you don't see me much the next week- you know why! I look forward to following you all with a tad of envy!

Just thought I'd let you know if you need me... I'm here!
