Thank you for the kind words Micaela. It's nice to e-meet you I had a really young mom and that has its downside. I had to watch her grow up and go through a lot of stuff with her so I think sometimes an 'older mom' who is more settled might be better. My husband's Mom was also 40 when she had him and he is pretty amazing so maybe there's something to it.

I do think of this little girl as our 'gift' and our blessing. I say I feel like I have sunshine inside of me now (mind you the first trimester and all the worrying wasn't like that).

I am sure you feel that way too about your pregnancy and your little girl.

I am glad you didn't have to wait long for your results -I think that can be the most stressful part.

Please keep in touch and let me know how you are doing.

Sending hugs and good thoughts your way!

Barbara

I use to live in Pensacola and loved the area. We used Dr Pyle in Gulf Breeze years ago when we did IVF several times. Are you military?? That is a big area for military.

Thanks for the kind words.

Yes, we are military, and this is the second time we lived in the area. From 1997-1998 we were seen by Dr. Pyle--did the clomid challenge, several IUIs then gave up until on all the IF stuff we were back in San Antonio again. We did our successful IVF with Wilford Hall. I think the docs thre are some of the best around.

Best wishes to you.

I have been out of town and just saw your post on my e-mail. Thanks for the reply ...Love the area your in and really miss Pensacola. We loved Dr Pyle as we were successful at getting pg but unable to maintain the pg. He was very kind to us and really was baffled at our outcome. We gave up and adopted. Good luck with your pg and hope that all goes well from now on...Keep in touch.
