I assume you've tried the normal, small meals, saltines, etc? That's what worked for me. I had nature valley granola bars next to the bed and first thing in the a.m. I would eat 1/2 of one..before even getting out of bed.
As far as the exhaustion..I LIVED for naps! Amy |

I was the same way.... except 3 kids not 6! I did find that if I forced myself to get out of the house, sometimes that helped the exhaustion part and took my mind of the MS. Plus, I couldn't stand looking at the filth in the house, I couldn't do a thing either.
hope you feel better soon Tami H |

Sleep as often as you can.
I sometimes had to resort to phenergan 12.5 mg and a nap to get rid of really bad m/s. I did finally learn that the more I ate the less sick I got- whatever sounded good I ate it. Mac and cheese for breakfast- whatever- a peanut butter 1/2 sandwich before bed sometimes helped too... My m/s peaked 9-12 weeks- then I was home free- try christmas shopping online- worth every penny of shipping! Just keep saying m/s is a good sign- it will pass-eventually ![]() JenC
