environmental things to avoid when pregnant
HI!
I posted a question a few days ago about food to avoid when breast feeding. Now I'm wondering about environmental things - I know I sound paranoid - but the things some people avoid when pregnant - (hair dye, retin A, nail polish, etc.) - should these things be avoided when breast feeding? I wasn't sure what got into breast milk and what didn't......

If you haven't checked ou the breastfeeding bb -you should. I spent lots of time there. I stayed away from the same things I did while pg (except paint). I watched my caffiene and spicey foods more than anything else.
