I hope this appropriate
I just wanted to check with those who have been successful with IVF. My question is in regards to embie quality. I transferred a 5cell grade 3 out of 4, 6 cell 2+, and 8 cell 2. Can anyone share their success story with similar numbers? I need to feel there is hope!
thanks, and if this is not the right place I apologize. bak

Hi there! My best friend was in a similar position:
On day three all they had left were two embies, a grade 2 out of 4 that was 5 cells and a grade 3 out of 4 that was 7 cells. Well, her fraternal twin girls had their first birthday, 2 weeks ago ![]() So there you have it! And I, at my first IVF, had two bestest quality blastocysts transferred, and ended up with a negative. It's truly just a stupid numbers game. I hope your number comes up, this time! Good luck! Tanja

Hi bak,
Good Luck! it's so true that its totally a numbers game. In my IVF cycle # 4 ....we trasferred 3 embies all were 8 cell and looked like they were dividing really well and none implanted. The last time - IVF #5 we had varied qualities on all 4 embryos and one finally implanted. Just stay relaxed and hope for the best. Good luck! Ayesha. |
