Hey there! Thanks Amanda for starting this forum! Went for Beta #2 this morning, fingers crossed. What's going on with you?

I had my 2nd beta yesterday --- came back at 131, which is double what is what 2 days prior. My progesterone was a little low at 13.1 and my doc was in surgery all day, so the nurse thinks he will probably call with a progesterone supplement today. I'm glad to see you here -- will this be your first child?

Congrats on the Beta #, I'm sure the supplements will help. I hope they also give you some peace of mind. When is your next Beta? Yes, this will be our first, yours too?

Yes, first here too.....and nervous as anything. I've spend so much time stressing over getting pregnant that now I'm not sure what to do. I don't even know the "rules" of pregnancy......just yesterday I had a headache and I had to think twice about what I took for it. I'm also addicted to caffiene and a little bit of a social drinker.....obviously alcohol is out and I guess I need to watch the caffiene....but what about diet soda and artifical sweetners.....oh, so much I need help on!

I'm with you on everything! I think I'll miss the alcohol more than the coffee. I did log on to **********.com, they've got a lot of info on everything, including pregnancy books, which is great. I switched to splenda which is supposed to be okay but check with your doc. I was told anything less than 16 oz of regular coffee per day, that may be a good way to wean yourself off it?

Hey ladies, how is everyone doing? Anyone having any symptoms if so which ones? I've been getting really tired and my belly has been a bit queasy if I don't eat every couple hours. Im also having brown spotting a little still which is worrying me no matter how much they say its normal.

Ofcourse, I'm a big stressball...I really don't have any symptoms at all! Which is freaking me out! I also had small spotting yesterday, which again is freaking me out! I wish I had some symptoms so I could actually believe this is happening!!!

Hope maybe you will be one of the lucky ladies that don't have any symptoms! I'm sorry you are spotting, I don't like it one bit for you or me.... I'm hoping I will feel more at ease with everything after my beta Monday morning. Our lives are such a waiting/numbers game. Sometimes I forget what day of the week it is but never what # day of my cycle it is!
I have a 6 yr old daughter and my whole pregnancy I was nausea which caused me to frequent the hospital for IV'S bc the prescriptions would stop working. When I was pregnant back in the fall I started getting really nausea at about 6 weeks and it lasted up until the day I had a D&C. This time I'm hoping to prove all the doctors right when they say every pregnancy is different, im hoping to not be nausea!
So how about my daughter told my aunt that I am pregnant, LMAO. She told her she knows I am even though I haven't her bc I alway have to pee. She's the funniest, most inquisitive kid ever. Maybe I should tell her not to tell anyone else that until after Spring break!
Has anyone had to come up with a reason why you aren't drinking. I had to come up with a reason twice this weekend as to why I couldn't go to the winery.
