I was just wondering what everyone's status is.
We are contacting the RE in October, after I wean Max, for the frozen embryos. I hope to cycle shortly after the first of the year.

Best of luck to you. We are absolutely done! If we had done this a few years earlier, I might be inclined to try for one more but I'm 38 (will be 39 in August) and that's enough for me.

Dh and I keep putting this topic off and try not to talk about it much, but he has said that he definitely wants one more. I am getting up there in age and we have some frozen embryos. We recently received the bill from the RE for storage fees. Our Ds is very demanding still and cries A LOT, so when I bring up this topic of seeing the RE again, DH keeps saying lets wait for DS crying to end and for him to start walking. But, what if he never stops crying? I am getting old and chances for FET working will decrease. But, it is something that is in the back of our minds. I just wish I was a few years younger and didnt have to constantly worry about this so much. I am so jealous of those ladies who have all their kids when they are in their early 20s and they get this all over and done with.

Well, we're expecting, so obviously not done

We had planned to ttc again after Addison was a year or two old, but that happened a little soonr for us! Because that happened, I'm not sure what we'll do. We have a frozen embryo so I want to use it, but I'm not sure what we'll do at this point. If we do ttc again, it wont be for quite awhile!! I have always wanted 5, so wouldn't mind ttc again in a few years but we'll have to see...

We are undecided, but we will need to decide very soon, due to my advanced age. If we have another baby, we would want to have him/her by the end of next year. It took us a year to get pg with Emilia, and I'm still bf'ing full-time, so who knows?! But I'm just so thrilled to have her, so I'll be OK either way.

We're trying again! I'm 40 and DH is 50 so we didn't waste any time! We've already done 2 cycles so far (no luck yet though), and we have 1 more to do (insurance dictates we can't keep trying past 3 cycles - argh!). I do feel so blessed to have our son, who just turned 8 months old, so I'll be somewhat OK if it doesn't happen again for us. However, there is a part of me that really wants one more!

No more here... probably? DH is set on no more kids. We had a lot of trouble conceiving our 1st. Then with Cole was an easy conception but I had a complicated pregnancy. He feels like he doesn't want to be outnumbered by kids, we had one of each, and with all our problems we are blessed to have 2 healthy kids. Plus he has said that he is ready to move on to the next phase of our lives as a family. He is not big on the newborn phase and doesn't really want to go through it again. I agree with him on most of this but I still have that little piece of me that is not ready to say that I won't ever be pregnant again, we won't ever have a little baby in the house again. It is kind of bittersweet. I do look forward that all we will do as family in the next years as the kids grow but I get sad thinking that I won't go through the baby phases again. If we EVER did decide to have another, it probably wouldn't be for a few years. Our kids are 19 months apart in age, which is good in some respects but very hard in others.
Best of luck to all of you ttc again!

I say this tongue in cheek so please take it that way.

Good luck whenever you TTC.
I completely understand. I am lucky in that DS is demanding but not overly so. I would have loved to had all my children in my 20's though. My mom only had me and had me at 19. She is living the life now. She is still young and she is able to spoil me and Max and still have a good time. I will not be able to do that.
