Cheyenne is 14 weeks today...she is 3 months, 6 days!
We don't have a pedi appointment till 4 months, but I weigh her at home, and this morning, she registered 14 lbs. on my baby scale! The pedi's is always a little less, probably because she is naked on theirs!
She is FINALLY discovering that tummy time can be a little fun if she doesn't rub her face in the floor. I figured out that things went smoother if I propped her up on the boppy. She still doesn't really enjoy being on her tummy without the boppy under her, but it's tolerable now. We've been struggling a lot with tummy time, so I am so proud of her for finally getting the hang of things!
I think the bouncy won't be used too much longer. She is starting to scrunch up and try to sit herself up in it!I am looking forward to the Exersaucer days! Those of you who don't have one, I LOVE it!! It was a total lifesaver with DS, and I imagine it will be with Cheyenne too! This way she can play and I don't have to worry about DS stomping on her or something!
We still haven't heard any baby giggles yet, but I am SOOO looking forward to them! I think they will just start coming out any day now. She does little laughs, but no giggles yet!
She's in mostly 6-9 month clothes now, but she can still wear some 3-6 month. She can even wear 12 month rompers and onesies!!I can't believe how long she is getting! I have bought so many 12 month summer clothes off the LA board, and I may be just turning around and re-selling them before she ever wears them if she keeps up this rate!
I think that's about all I can update on right now! Looking forward to reading everyone else's updates! We need to get this board rolling! Anyone know where everyone went??

About a week ago I weighed Jacob on our baby scale and it showed 14 lbs 1.5 oz!!! He's a porker!!!! We are still exclusively breastfeeding. Well, he gets bottles of ebm at Ms. Rosie's house while I work.
The last 4 nights he hasn't been sleeping well at all. I still have him in the bassinet in our room. I wanted to keep him there until after this weekend because DH is out of town. Well, last night at about 2:00 after me getting up with him 3 times, DH got up with him and put him in his crib and he slept from 3:00 until 6:30. So, even though DH is out of town tonight, I'll try putting him in his crib tonight. He has only been waking up once since he was about 5 weeks old. I don't even mind twice, but I do not want him to get in the habit of getting up every 45 minutes like my other two did at this age. He's not even hungry, but usually I nurse him to get him to go to sleep. I'm afraid that is only starting a bad habit!!!!
He's laughing out loud a lot these days. He loves to bounce on our knees. He's going to love the jumparoo when we get it down from the attic. I also can't wait until he's ready for an exersaucer. We (Santa) got him a brand new one for Christmas. It is still in the box. We'll use our bouncy a while. We have the one that turns into a toddler rocking chair!!!! We love it. Even though he likes the kick and play one better (we took that one to Ms. Rosie's). He loves the swing. We have the cradle swing at home and we have a regular swing at the sitter's house...he likes them both!
I realized after our diaper post that he's been wearing Pampers 1-2 diapers. He still fits in the size 2 just fine. He's wearing 3-6 months mostly, but some 6-9 months. He seems so long!!!!
Kasey, we hardly do any tummy time here.
I just seem to run out of time at the end of the evening!!! We need to start doing more of it. He doesn't hate it, but doesn't love it either. I need to drag the boppy out and try it. I don't use it for b/feeding any more.
He's beginning to like watching Baby Einstein videos. Yep, I'm a terrible mom and allow him to sit in front of the TV!!! He only watches one a day and that is only if he's awake when I'm trying to get ready for work. He may watch one at Ms. Rosie's too while she tends to Harrison's lunch (the other little boy she watches).
Well, that is about it for us. We really need to go have his pics taken!!!

Stacey, sounds like Jacob is doing GREAT! I bet he is getting so chunky!
Cheyenne has little fat rolls all down her thighs, and I keep thinking...yep, that's where all that milk is going!
We weren't doing tummy time at all either until about 3 weeks ago or so. I wanted to try to make sure she was holding her head up for pics, which we had done today! I'm so excited because she did SO well! She held her head up even better than she usually does, and she smiled in almost every pic! I can't wait till I get them back so I can share!
I don't blame you on the Baby Einsteins! Sometimes you have to do whatever you need to do so that you can get something done! I put both my kiddos in front of the TV some nights while I am trying to cook!
Oh, and I kept Landon in my room till he was 6 months, and I will probably do the same with Cheyenne...their rooms are across the house from our room, so that is just too much space to be away from them for me.
Plus I'm too lazy to walk that far if they wake up in the middle of the night.
I hope he starts sleeping better for you! Maybe it could be some teeth trying to come through?

LOL I do baby Einstein as well. Sometimes I forget and it is on repeat. We don't do tummy time either nor did I do it with Landon. He is just fine.
We went to the dr last Wednesday for colds harrison was fine but he did weigh 16lbs with clothes so I am saying 15lbs
He has the cutest rolls on his legs and arms and his chubby cheeks. He is still in my room in the bassinet and I just don't have the energy to move him. I tried him in his crib one night and I had to go in there 3 times. I hate to say this but my house is kinda big and I am lazy at night. So he is right comfy beside me and then he gets in my bed at 1am nurses sleeps and at about 3am I switch sides and then I wake up about 5am and put him in his swing. His brother wakes up about 6am and then there is just no peace. I am awful
He naps horribly and it is because he has a little tyrant brother running rampant in my house. Its funny with the first I was alllll about a schedule this time I am like "whatever".... We have our 4mth check on the 9th.
I have to say though that he is sooooooooo much easier than Landon. Makes having two not that hard. No giggling yet a few chuckles and lots of talking. landon giggled at 11weeks.me 40 dh 39
