I'm a HUGE fan of ice tea. Of course the stuff I drink is loaded with caffeine. I have cut it back to 1 caffeinated drink a day, although sometimes I slip and have 2. I still need a bit of caffeine or I get withdrawl headaches.
What are some good things to drink? I was never a water drinker, although I've been drinking more lately. I need something with some flavor though. I've been drinking gatorade, propel, hawaiian punch, ginger ale, but nothing quenches my thirst like that darn ice tea! Any other suggestions?









I used to always drink iced tea... I had to find something different to drink at restaurants. What a bummer. I'm really looking forward to when I can have it again.
