twin pregn.post IVF, with complications in need of support

Hello there, I hope all of you are well. I initially posted on the infertility IUI boards when I was undergoing IUIs--I underwent IVF and got pregnant with twins this summer. I had significant spotting issues with bleeding/subchorionic hemorrhage and now I was told at 17 weeks that one baby has chorionic plexus cysts and an echogenic intracardiac focus. I was just wondering if anyone has had any of these "markers" for possible trisomies. I cannot have an amnio due to the previous bleeding. Just looking for others with perhaps similar stories and some hope...don't know what to do at this point. So far babies have been growing well. I'd love any kind of stories to get through this period, am feeling rather desperate at this point. Thanks a bunch, M.

Hello Michelle,

I am glad your babies are growing well, but I am sorry to here about some issues they are having.

High Risk Pregnancies - Fertile Thoughts This is our High Risk Pregnancy forum...I am not sure if your pregnancy is considered high risk, but this might be a good place to find out about other ladies in the similar place as you.

Pregnant with Multiples - Fertile Thoughts This is our multiples forum. I think this would be a great place for you to post.

I wish you and your babies the best of luck and I hope they are both born healthy and you can find some answers and support here!

If you need anything further, do not hesitate to ask!
Molly
