hi, all i am new to this, and i have alot of questions. .iam already on letozole, and i ovidrel soon. i am having an iui done. my question is, 1. will it make me sick? 2.how good is ovidrel, meaning that does it works the first time? 2. is it true that i can have twin? 3. will i have 2 lay down all day after i take the ovidrel? some one help me,plz. thank u

Hi cdp, I have taken Ovidrel. My dr. told me to take the shot just before bed so that I would be laying down afterwards for a while. It was not painful and I never felt sick from it. It is my understanding that anytime you receive treatment for fertility, there may be a risk for multiples so there is a possibility of twins. (However, with Ovidrel, I don't think it's a high chance of twins.) It did not work for me the first time, but that may be because I may have Endometriosis. Hopefully this information will help you!
