Thanks Molly!
I'm looking for anyone out there that may have POF (premature ovarian failure) that was able to conceive with her own eggs...basically a miracle story. Anyone out there?

Fertile Thoughts Rule
omgosh, i was so happy to have all the responses from my thread today, it literally made my day. all i needed was some success stories and i got them! this whole thing is still sort of weird to me, like what's the difference in clicking quote vs. reply? and I would love to be notified thru my e-mail if someone responds to my thread, but then does everyone see your e-mail address? still learning, but i truly appreciate the guidance. thank you!

It's a great place!
Ok, reply is just when you want to reply to a thread generally. (A thread is the whole thing...and a post is a seperate post. so this thread is "Looking for POF Miracles" that you started. And each box below it from each of us is a post). So if you just want to reply to the thread...you hit reply.
If you want to specifically quote someone. you click quote...on their post (the post you want to quote) and it will quote them. You'd do that if in a thread...there are many posts...and you wanted to agree, or respond to what someone said in a specific post.

Ok email notification....under "my settings" up top...choose "edit options". Scroll down for messaging and notification. If you wish to recieve emails, make sure the box is checked that says: Recieve email from administrators.
Now, when you post, right under your message (when you are constructing it) you will see 3 buttons..."post quick reply" "go advanced" and "spell check". click go advanced.
scroll down and you will see an area called "thread subscription" and a pull down box. There are several options. Instant email notification is one of them. Make sure this is chosen (usually is default) when you post and you will start to recieve emails from FT.
No one can see your email address, unless you check "receive emails from other members" in the edit options area of "my settings". Then they can only see it if they choose to send you an email.
HTH (hope that helps!)
If you have anymore questions...keep em coming!
Molly
