Anyone have a "dual flush" or "two flush" toilet?

Dh wants to retrofit our toilets with dual flush kits. They're not expensive and you can save a lot of water. Big button, big flush. Little button, little flush. Has anyone else swapped out their toilet guts to do this? It can't be all that hard, is it? Did you notice a difference on your water bill? I know these toilets are popular in Europe, but I've never seen one here in the U.S. It makes sense to me though.

I have seen them lots in here in TX in the newer areas at public restrooms. I think it would be awesome. We will def. look into them if we get to build a house in a couple of years.
