I've got a question, please.

I think this would be OK, but want to check before doing it. If I were to contact a local ward and ask if they can direct me to a place to purchase bulk flour, etc., as a non-LDS, would that be OK? I think it probably would be, but since I know you'll know, I thought I'd make sure.

Yes, you can do that. The home storage centers are open to LDS Church members and non-LDS Church members. Haha, I think that covers everyone.
