    Ebay Rant

I've been buying all of my maternity jeans on Ebay because I want all the $150+ jeans from Pea in a Pod, but don't want to pay Pea in a Pod prices anywho, you can get GREAT deals on them on Ebay.

I bought 2 pairs of Seven jeans .. got them in the mail, washed them, wore them .. and they are too small. Seven's run small for a medium .. okay, that's fine, so I list em back up on Ebay to re-sell them.

The auction ends this morning; so this morning I check my ebay account and I have two messages with the following questions:

    1. What is the hip measurement on them
    2. What is the percent of spandex in them

Mind you, I'm at work when I get this and the jeans are at home. So, I do the next best thing .. I rip out my measuring tape (I'm the PFA coordinator ) and measure my own hips since she gave me hers and her weight as a reference.

So, I message her back and say that based on a comparison of our height/weight/measurements, they would NOT fit her (she weighed more than me, was shorter, and her hips were only an inch smaller) and she should NOT bid. Then I tried to message her back about the spandex (I didn't know), but Ebay won't let you answer questions about an auction at a certain point.

This heifer has the nerve to message me back and basically say that I completely disregarded her questions; she asked me what the hip on the jeans was, not on me; and who was I to tell her that something wouldn't fit her.

    wtf is that all about?

I can see where both of you all came from, and given that you had limited time before it closed, I woud've done the same thing (compared her body with mine). But sometiems you'll be surprise of women who are bigger and will be able to get into thing that you couldn't fit, but nevertheless its over with and you won't be doing any business with her. Did you write her back?

Of course I sent her back a scathing response. I don't care; no way in hell could she have pulled them off and if it was me I would want someone to tell me to save my money .. she also mentioned that she had "belly fat;" sorry, but they were so tight on me that I couldn't sit in them. I wish I had saved the response because it was completely uncalled for in the way that she wrote it. I'm shocked that she even shops on Ebay if she treats people like that - you have to depend on the person on the other side of the line to get an accurate telling of what you want to buy and if you treat them like crap ... well, you're gonna get crap.

FYI for any of you looking to buy on Ebay .. not only do the Sevens run small, but the True Religions do as well I have to resell a pair of those, too. The Luckys seem to run true to size though.

Wish I would have known you were instrested in Sevens... I just sold three pair on EBay and I had 29's, 30's and one pair of 32's..... Truthfully, I didn't find them that comfortable..... In fact, I only had worn them a few times.... I have found that the Gap maternity jeans are so comfy. I don;t care for something to be over my belly. I got jeans that button under my belly and didn't not have the belly panel and I am still wearing them. They have adjustale buttons on the inside and I have worn these for the past 5 months.... Much more reasonable and comfy.... Know I went off the subject but you might want to look into these... I think I paid 69.00 a pair..... Sorry, you ran into a sour puss....

I love seven jeans, and yes depending on the style they do run small (I know the worn-out look does indeed but the regular one's sometimes depending on spandex doesn't)...I could only dream to be that tiny to get into lucky's and true religion.Glad you handled her---

Kel - I will try the Gap jeans .. unfortunately, none of ours here seem to carry em!! And I agree .. the Sevens weren't very comfy at all.

Cyn - you can get into the Luckys =) probably the others as well.

Hopefully you can find some somewhere.... I swear they are comfy and a hell of a lot cheaper.... I wore two pair throughout the past 5 months and they still have tons of room if I were to need some more space...... Good luck on your hunt...

Be sure and add her to your blocked bidders list so she can't come back and bid on other things of yours just to win and either not pay or pay and then leave you a negative or just be a PITA buyer.

Girl, really I cannot... I've got hips fo days and a booty that is round and profound so if it doesn't go past a 14 in size, I'm not getting into them.
