    infertility Medication issues?

    I need help dealing with ES. My RE faxed my Rx twice and so for they only sent me one medication instead of 3. When i called ES for the 7 time they said the med is on backorder. No one bothered to call me. The other medication they say they dont have a Rx for it. Which i know is BS. I have tricare reserve. Can my RE fax my Rx to freedom fertility instead of express. I read so many complains about ES and don't want to deal with them. I am new in tricare issues. We will be doing injectible with TI.

    I hate ES. I go through Freedom and haven't had an issue. We are AD, so not sure if that makes a difference.
