Question March cycle at Womack

Hi Ladies

I just got the call today that I will be starting my first cycle of IVF in March and I am very excited and nerves at the same time. I have stage 4 endo. so IVF is our only hope of having a baby. Does anyone have any advice of how to keep stress levels down and not to get too excited.

Hi! We're also scheduled for the March cycle at Womack, will see you there. We're trying IUI in the interim, but after 8 failed cycles my hopes aren't really up anymore (I try not to get them up anyway). I can't give you much advice about not getting too excited, my heart is broken at each BFN. For stress levels tho, find something else to focus on. A good book, a favorite tv show, craziness at work, whatever works to keep you from obsessing!

Smile 2 months left

Happy New Year Ladies!!
We only have two months until the big day. Is anyone nerves? I am so excited and cannot wait. Other than the hotels that Dori provided has anyone found another place that would be a great place to stay while you are there with a kitchen?

The Fisher House has a shared kitchen, and you can't beat the price. Someone also recommended the Value Place, which has mini suites including kitchenettes.

WOW! So happy i found this group!
I am doing IVF in March at Womack.
I am coming from Ft Gordon, Ga, anyone else?
I have my first base line appt on Feb. 26th and then go up to start the cycle on March 8th! This should be the same for everyone else?
We should all try to get together for dinner or something!!
I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!
Has anyone else found out their protocol? Has anyone else used Womack before? It concerns me that I can not find ANY information on the clinic they use, North Carolina IVF, Inc.

Me: 31, DH: 38
Issues - damaged falopioan tubes
IVF #1 - BCP's on 3rd day of next AF, microlupron flare protocol
