Not much here to update you with. My boys are being boys. They are trying to use their pincer grasp to feed themselves. They are trying more new solid foods. Our latest is Vienna Sausages. (gerber meat sticks have milk in them) They loved them.

Cynara, sorry to hear your feeling blue. Get well quickly. I know your looking forward to the move, however chaotic it will be, since your DH will be home shortly after.

Hello to everyone else..What's new?

Hi everyone,
Thank you for all of the birthday wishes. We had the party on Saturday and it was LOTS of fun. Christopher and Andrew had cake EVERYWHERE. Andrew ate some of the cake but mostly squished it all up and just made a mess. Christopher still made a mess but managed to actually eat some cake too. It was just so cute. I got a little emotional for a minute but I didn't cry---just teared up.
After the cake eating/playing, Dh and I gave them a quick bath and then they/we opened their presents and then all of the kiddos played with the new toys. It was a GREAT 1st birthday.
The inlaws just went back home this morning and today we went in for their 1st birthday pics. We got some cute ones---I just wish Andrew would have smiled in some of them but his teeth are really giving him a hard time right now. The pics are still very cute though. I will have to post them on here and I will get some of them on here from the party. I am just so tired so it won't be tonight. I am about to go take a shower and go to bed.
I still can't believe my guys are now 1 year olds!!!!!!!!!!!!

April, yeah I'm stoked just 13 days and I'll have my own-nothing like it. As far as hubby yeah I have some plans and we have reservations at Benihana's that night. Ok, enlighten me what is a pincer grasp? And that's interesting that gerber meats have milk in them.

Sherri, I know right, one wow...I can't wait for the pics, the boys even when they don't smile are handsome anyways. I'm so glad that they enjoyed themselves Sat and I hope they had equal fun with the grandparents.

Sam, how are things going?

We are making it This has been a very trying week with all those teeth trying to come in-both the upper ones came inthis weekend so now its that bottom ones turn to break through the gum). Naomi has been in so much pain & she's been screaming & crying so much in her sleep that I keep bringing her into bed with me whne this happens(she goes straight back to sleep & at the most just wimpers while in my arms) so I can get some sleep. She pulls up on everything to stand & is getting into such mischief that all I seem to say to her these days is She mastered clapping byferself this weekend also. Down to 3 bottles a day & using the sippy cup better. I'm switching her to stage 3 foods next week & have been giving her bites of more solids. She loves cheese, won't eat the Gerber diced fruits since they are in grape juice & she can't stand juice but eating the wagon wheels, puffs, biter biscuits & zwieback toast pretty good- I need to get some fresh fruits & veggies to fed her.
Anyone interested in some new pics can check out her babysite- just put your name in & then naomimarie & wareagle (I'll remove this from this post in a few days & then the login & password will be changing at the end of this month)

Cyn, the pincer grasp (thumb-1st finger pick up). They can almost pinch up little pieces. Most of the time its handfuls of food.

Sam, I have been working on clapping but so far its just banging. Sorry about the teething fits. I can relate to that. I think they are working on another one. They still don't have full disclosure of the 1st one.

Seems that my Xavier has HFMD, I saw the 1st blister today on his gum. All the other kids are back to daycare now. My provider said that since everyone else has had it to just go ahead and send them in anyway. I need some time to get more cleaning done..

Sam, poor Naomi she's getting hit pretty hard with the chomps coming in from every direction. Hope she feels better soon. So this little gal isn't a juice person that is a new one, but she seems to be eating other foods pretty well and that's good. Get some rest lady--

April, oh durr (how cute though). Sorry to hear about the boys getting their teeth and Xavier with the HFMD; here's to a speedy recovery for him

Cyn~~ Hope your feeling better soon. Get it out of your system before you can cycle, nothing worse than feeling under the weather and cycling at the same time.
Did you get the papers signed for the house last week? And have you headed back to AZ o are you just hanging in SD???
