Hello girls,
It is hard to imagine that the month of December is just a day away.
It looks like it will be an exciting month for those who want to find out the gender. We will probably definitely all be showing by the end of the month.
How are you feeling these days?

Looking forward to December, I love Christmas!!
I won't be finding out gender until January
...
Looking forward to hearing about everyone else though.
December 5 is the day I found out I was pregnant in 2006 with my ds after 3 IVF attempts. So that is one of my favorite days of the year!!
Hope everyone is doing well.Angela

I love Christmas time but this month has become hectic for us with the twins bithday 3 days before Christmas. I start my shopping way early so I have time to buy both Christmas and Birthday presents. Shopping is done and now we just have to wrap and decerate the house. My girls turn 2 this year and have shown lots of interest in the Christmas lights so we are buying more lights so we can decerate the yard. We even bought them a little purple tree that they liked and it is the only one up so far. We get a real one but DH has been sick so we have yet to go and pick one out.
Hopefully we will be able to get everything done before I run out of energy

Yup, I'm happy December is here - just 2 weeks until we find out whether we're on team blue or pink. Had an OB appt today - 18 weeks. Everything is looking great. My quad screen results came back - can't remember the ratios but they were really good.
We decorated the house and put up the tree this weekend. DD (who is 2) loves the lights. In other big news, DD moved to underpants - cold turkey about 2 weeks ago. So far we have had no accidents. Yipee!

SmilingIrishIs,
Congrats with DD. My DD twins turn 2 in 3 weeks and I'm dreading potty training. We have already moved to toddler beds and out of highchairs with no problems but the potty training scares me. DH wants them out of diapers befor this one comes along but I don't think that will be happening anytime soon.

Hello girls,
I just had my OB appt. My OB was delivering a baby, so there was a MF- mid man lol who filled in. So, he says, "do you want to find out the gender? I can do that!" I was on cloud 9. He got me in, BUT the machine was low grade one. You could hardly see the baby...
So, he did not see any penis, he thought. But one could hardly see anything; the resolution was so bad. I am kind of bummed out cause now I am really uncertain. If I knew they had a crappy machine, I would have just waited for my actual u/s next Tuesday. It might be pink for us, but not a 100% at this point. Everything else looked good.

Oli - what a tease! I think it would kill me to get my hopes up of finding out only to leave unsure. You're lucky in that you're getting in for your level II a week before me.
allycat - I was terrified of potty training too. In some ways diapers are super easy. However, I was more afraid of having a toddler in diapers and a new born.
Hope everyone else is well.SmilingIrishIs

DH wants my 2 year old ds potty trained before baby #2 arrives. I too am terrified. We have an Elmo potty time video, and ds LOVES it. So this weekend, he said he had to poop, and I out him on the potty. I thought, great, this is gonna be easy. Nope- the second I set him on the potty- he freaked out big time. Screaming and yelling "no potty." I have a feeling i won't be one of the lucky ones who has a child that just takes to it.
We are converting to a 'big boy bed' in January. I guess one change at a time.Angela

Oli- big bummer on the u/s. You had to be so excited, and then to leave unsure
But you have your u/s tomorrow, right? Good luck. I'm due on the 28th, so I have a long way to go until I get to find out.
