I think the first week was the worst. Now my body must be getting used to it -- or I'm walking around in a fog and don't even know it.

Oh yes, the sleep deprevation can surely get to you. I am lucky this time and my little one is sleeping about 4hrs at night, which is a miracle. Eleanor(my 16month old) only slept about 2hrs at a time and I thought I would die. Hope yours improved soon.

The first week for me was really tough. Even when the babies were sleeping, I couldn't sleep. I think I was just too excited.

Now the twins seem to be sleeping non-stop. Lately, during the night I feed them at about 10:00p, then again around 1:30a-2:00a, and finally again at 5-6:00a. It's much better now except I have those occasional nights were they seem to have slept all day long and then think it's time to wake up at 10:00p for the night. It's sorta hit or miss at this point.

I guess the answer to your question is "sleep" was a big issue for me the first week, now it's better. My concern now is "are the babies sleeping too much"?
