H1n1?

Gabe has had the regular flu shot, and I've scheduled him to have the 1st H1N1 next week. Do you plan on having your LO's get it, or not?

I go next week with Ryan for a Pedi appt. I am only going to get him the regular flu shot.

The twins got both the seasonal and H1N1, they go back Dec 2nd for their Seasonal and H1N1 Boosters.

My daughters and I have done the influenza vaccine. Not getting the H1N1 vaccine.

we did regular flu shot. i haven't been able to track down the h1n1 and it's getting late.

No H1N1 here. My sister is a registered nurse anesthesthest (puts you to sleep) and won't give it to her kids so I guess I put some stock there, but not sure if I was right or not.
He did get the regular flu shot at his 18 month appt.

Thanks everyone. I did go ahead and take him yesterday to have. A little boy in our community who's 7 yrs old is very very ill in intensive care with the H1N1 flu. I talked to many people here and everyone told me to do it so I did. It's so hard to know what to do!!

We are on a list for the H1N1 but haven't gotten it thus far. We are on the list I'll make the decision when we finally get the call. My niece and nephew had H1N1 after we all went to Disney but didn't get all that sick. My pedi treated Daniel with tamiflu as a precaution due to exposure and his respiratory issues. Now DH's sister was diagnosed with it this week and was very sick. We were not around her at all but DH"s whole family was with her this past Sunday. Most of the family is now on tamiflu.

Daniel did get the flu shot but only the first one...when he was to get the 2nd one they cancelled appt. because regular flu vaccine was on back order. Still waiting...

The kids just got their 2nd booster of H1N1 and seasonal flu. I also got the h1n1. The kids and Dh just got over colds! Thank goodness it was only the cold!
