finally a food she doesn't like

i was beginning to wonder if there was a food out there that she wouldn't eat, but i found it the other day ---mac-n-cheese. she screamed and spit it out each time i tried to give it to her. and i must agree with her, the gerber 2nd mac-n-cheese is nasty! i think we'll stick to their fruits & veggies instead.

how are your little ones tastes these days -- anything they detest?

ewww...B hates the mac-n-cheese too! He still doesn't like peas & not a fan of mangos either. Tried avacado the other day...wish I would have got that face on film as he hated it!

Julie, that is too funny about the avocado. I didn't like it as a kid, but man do I love guacomole dip now! So keep trying (and have that camera ready too ).

Kris, my DD wasn't crazy about bananas either -- at least not by themselves (and they do have a twangy taste to them). She seems to like them better mixed with other fruits or mixed with plain oatmeal.

I was at a baby shower the other day and they were doing the guess the baby food game and one of them was mac-n-cheese. That stuff smelled so bad I could not figure out what it was. It smelled rotten. I decided then I would never give it to Gracyn. Gracyn doesn't like bananas, peas, and now she doesn't seem to like carrots anymore. She is better with the fruits and she loves her oatmeal.

I have one jar of the mac and cheese... I think it's one jar that's going to hit the circular file, because it just LOOKS nasty in the jar... what was I thinking???? Besides, Muppet has tried and LOVES the real dealy-o, so who needs mac 'n' cheese "mush"! LOL
