Any success with Sertoli cell only syndrome?

nandhu 0-99 post 2 of hearts Join Date: Aug 2009 Posts: 21	Any success with Sertoli cell only syndrome? My husband has been diagnosed with Non obstructive azoospermia with Y chromosome deletion. The deletion is in the C band. We went for micro TESE April of 2008, no sperms were found. Our urologist said my husband has Sertoli cell only syndrome. Is it advisable to do TESE again with a hope to find sperms? Has anyone in this forum had success with Sertoli cell only syndrome? Please reply.
