MESA procedure for absence of the vas

Has anyone had the MESA procedure? I am wondering how much it costs. Thanks!

We had TESA. Not sure of the cost though, our insurance covered alot of it. DH went through it with flying colors, a little discomfort after but nothing too bad.

We had the MESA procedure done in March in NY. I hate to shock you but in total with anesthesia, hospital, urologist, and freezing three vials for one year it cost us $10,000. I hope you can someone who can do this alot cheaper. The worst fee was from the hospital for the operation room. You might be able to find a Dr with their own operating room. Also, our insurance wouldn't cover nothing. My advice is to first find out if your insurance will cover anything then call every urologist in the area to see what their price is. Hope this helps.
