Lightbulb what are treatment options to zero sperm count?

My DH , 34 years old , has very low volume(0.2 ml ) , very low sperm count( <2milliom/ml ) and no motile ones; His prolactin, FSH, LH levels are normal, but testosterone level is lower than normal.fructose is negative,pH is not alkaline . RE put him to Clomids for two months and now testosterone level is normal and semem volume raise to 0.9ml. but still with low sperm volume without mortile sperms.
Since the volume is so low, after some research, we think there is probably some blockage somewhere. Dose any one know what diagnosis should be done? what options we could have? specially what diagonsis could let us know where is the blockage

Many Thanks.

My husband is a Cystic Fibrosis carrier. and one of the main issues with that is a missing vas deferens (it is the part that carries the sperm out). He had zero sperm count. Therefore, our options are only MESA (where they take the sperm out of the testical) and do invitro if we want to have a biological child together. Both procedures are so costly so we have decided to go the donor sperm route (i have infertility issues as well) . I guess what i am trying to say, see a infertility dr and have them do an ultrasound to see if there is possibly a blockage. My dr said that if there is no fructose in the ejaculate, then that means there is no sperm being produced. My husband has the fructose which means its being produced, just not coming out because of the missing vas. I hope that helps

My husband also had a zero sperm count. He had an ultrasound and was diagnosed with missing vas deferens, although he is not a cf carrier (they thought he was). He had the MESA procedure and we went the IVF route. I'm now 5 weeks pregnant! Good luck!
