Dx: Prostatitis

hey all u guys, know this is male only forum. however, hoping someone will answer. recently billy dx'd with this. x2wks. ago. had cultures done by pathologist. (+) chlamydia, yesterday. wants to do prostate abx injections. told former RE, received third party message from infertility/prostate specialist he is "bestfriends" with: don't let anyone inject anything into your prostate. come see me. 1) not going to c someone RE friends with. 2) will b seeking 2nd opinion too. nothing (-) to say or heard about this pathologist. only (+). have few (-) history tidbits about former RE. for example, when initial IF workup done '08, SA showed low motility and wbcs in urine. (both s/s infection) didn't say look into it, or see urologist. however, did say will have to do ICSI because of it. 1yr. 4mos. later had to b selfx2 advocate to get here. otherwise, would not know infection present destroying b's prostate. UGGGGHHHHHH! anyones experience with prostatitis please.....
