Exclamation anyone (male) have a high FSH with a obstructive azoosprima?

I have posted many questions... with no responses

My husband is 32 .... We have a amazing 19mo son. We were tyring for our second and we just found out he has NO SPERM!!! We did not even try for our son (he was a surprise)!

We have been to 2 Dr...One was a urologist and the other was a male infertility specialist. Both tell me they can't figure it out ...But the specialist told me come back in 6 mo.
My DH has a fish of 24 , and no sperm. EVERYTHING ELSE IS FINE! his tests size, all other harmones , his sex drive, and he also fatherted a son less then 2 years ago! Any advice please!!!

I think it might be non obstructive, but hoping it is obstructive azoosperima.

Hi Krissy:

Check out this thread on high FSH and no sperm :

I know you've consulted with a few Dr's but one website I went to reccomended the following: "review the case with your andrologist, urologist and reproductive endocrinologist to provide a rational treatment program, which will culminate in IVF with ICSI."

My DH and I have consulted thus far with
1. Regular HMO Dr and regular Endocrinolgist
2. Fertility Clinic midwife/nurse
3. Fertility Clinic Urologist
4. Fertility Clinic RE

#3 and 4 were clinics in my area with the highest statistics for a large population in my area from the CDC/ART website.

So, I'm saying I would find the "BEST" clinic with the best success rates and compare approaches. That's what we're doing.

Good luck and please keep us posted!
