Total Normal....low....HELP

Hello*!!! okay first off I hope this post doesn't start into a rambling, but I am looking for answers. Ken and I have been TTC since Aug 2006. I went through 6+ years of TTC with my EX, so I knew of my issues. We went right to my GYN to get testings done, and of course he ordered a SA to be done. The first one came back with high round cells and off to a urologist we went. (round cell was at 45-70....range is 0-10) so he was put on a dose of antibiotics and anti-inflamitory meds. His total normal forms at that time was 26% (range is 30%). So he was close to that number and the urologist wasn't concerned about that. We counted back and it was around our wedding...and you know how much that can take outta you. He did have another SA done, but I can't find the results of that. I do know that the morph Total normal forms came back right at 30%. The main concern was getting that round cell count normal and it was.

Fast forward and money issues came up so we did several natural cycles. I know I am Oing on my own...so that is a good thing... I went with a RE for a bit, but you know it can add up quickly...so we stopped seeing him. We moved...I got a new GYN....and now we are working with him. He ordered another SA and wouldn't you freaking know now Ken's Total normal forms is at 10%. Good news is the round cell was less then 5. So now off to another urologist.

My questions...what can be the main cause to this??? Is there anything that can be done to "fix" this???
