what does zero motility mean

Brand new to site and so relieved I found it...
1st analysis- 7 million, 3% morph, 57% motility (he quit chewing tobacco)
Retested after 12 weeks and just got 2nd analysis back and they told us morph returned to normal but now has zero motility and high amount of whiteblood cells...he then went to urologist who simply told him he had an infection...now we wait a month to retest...anyone have a simliar situation?

We've been TTC for over a year... had an early mc last Dec

This has been such an emotional rollar coaster ride... just when we think we can move to the next step something else happens...

My husband 50% motility. He had 3 semen analysis with urologist in the past. We recently started going to a fertility doc. They did a 24hr motility. Different from reg semen analysis. They monitor your sperm for 24hr. We found out that his sperm had good count and good structure. Some white blood cells in it.The problem was after 24hrs, 80% stopped moving and 20% barely moved. They said IVF would be our only hope. They also explained icsi would be the only way IVF would work. Amazingly, they can use sperm that has no motility. That is where they inject the sperm directly into the egg. I made 14 eggs and 11 fertilized. We were thrilled. We had our first cycle last week but, results came back negative. I am trying to find out that even if eggs are fertilized, could they still turn out to be unhealthy? Maybe that is why I lost the 2 emryos. I'm trying to stay positive and look forward to next cycle, Good luck! Lots of prayers!
