I have sartoli cell and no sperm anywhere. We held out hope with IVF and biopsy a year ago and found nothing, Good news is that we have wonderful twins with donor. We are now doing IUI with donor. We are wondering whether people feel doing two IUIs in a cycle with donor increases the chances. We have heard that two IUIs with fresh father sperm does not greatly increase chances, but with low motility of donor we are wondering if it is worth it. Thoughts? Need to know ASAP. Thanks!

I think the timing is more important than 2 IUI's. If the cost is minimal I would go ahead and do the 2nd.
