My Dear friend Kara! I wasn't here yesterday with the boards being down and stuff, and I emailed you on MICHAEL'S birtday, still I wanted to come here for a second and tell you, I lit the candle for him last night! You are on my mind! These days are so hard for you! You were in so much pain on this day after losing your son, but still so hopeful for a miracle for Kaitlyn!!!!

((Kara)) I can't even believe what 3 years must feel like....you guys were all on my mind this weekend. Friday for Michael's birthday and Sunday for Kaitlyn's.
Steve realized that this was the first year that you've had the boys home and wondered how you guys held together.
