Hi all. Just had my day 3 b/w and u/s and am good to begin on my EIO tonight!! Those of you that are praying people plese pray for my uterine lining to get up to 9mm in the next 5-7 days so that I can finally take part in the last half of the IVF process. I will be pretty discouraged if I am cancelled once again, I feel so darn close!!

Hi everyone... I'm back! I have been waiting and getting the mountains of paperwork done and finalizing the payments, etc... what an ordeal. My last RE was so simple, bada-bing, bada-boom and we were going... not this clinic! But anyhooo.... I finally have my calendar. I started BCP over a week ago, AF was later than I expected. Had the mock transfer and baseline today (yay! for no cysts) and I start Lupron on Friday; expected ET (2) on May 31st. I may just make it in the month of May ladies. I'm invested in you all so, I hope you will all be patient with me and I'll cheer you all on as you are ahead of me.

lilsurfer praying for a good lining on your next check.
monique welcome to the board
hoping you are moving right along, ET on May 18th! Yay!! Glad the sono went well.
jacksmom glad you started this and thanks for giving us a home.
trsouthe how are you girl? Did you have the biopsy? when is your ET scheduled?
jad you no longer have to do PIO and I get to do them for the first time this cycle.... lucky girl! LOL
zeukko welcome and sorry about your failed IVF... most of us have been there and that's why we're here.
moonbeam sounds like you are enjoying accupuncture, I may try it this time if I can scrape up some more $$$... this crap has us so broke!
scooper sorry about your delay but welcome to the board.
melican so glad you are getting close now.
mags so sorry for your loss. we have much in common, I am also doing Embryo Donation. Actually I have one of mine and will transfer one donated one this time. We're close in timing too

Hi scooper, mags, and moniqueceline. Welcome! I'm sorry for everything each of you has had to go through to make it to this point. Hopefully we'll see lots of success with these FETs.
melican - I have a question for you since we are on similar schedules. I took my last BCP on 4/23 (Sat) and now it seems like I have a period (2.5 days later). Did you have the same thing happen? I don't start Estrace until next Thursday (5/5) and I don't now why I have to wait so long.Me-35 DH-34 (endo, MF, IC)

Hi JAD - Totally normal. I got my "period" yesterday. The same thing happened for my last FET. I start Estrace on the 2nd. The lupron will suppress you and then when you are good and suppressed the Estrace will start and you can get a nice thick lining without ovulating. Just think, this will be your last period for a LONG time

Thanks for the response, melican. I sure hope you are right. I need to get it in my head that this can actually work. Felt way more confident with my fresh cycle.

I did too. I feel even less confident because I have already done a FET and it didn't work with transferring two and now I only have one. But to try and be positive when I read other ppls posts and see that FET do work and will work for us.

Melican and Jad-FET work so don't be worried. I had the opposite problem as you both, I am not sure how everyone's RE's do it, but mine had me start BCP's on cycle day 3 of my last perion which was about 1 1/2 month's ago. They told me not to take the sugar pills and go straight into the next pack. I did as instructed but I have been bleeding/spotting for over a month and I am starting to get worried that it might be uterine fibroids or something to that effect. I start my Lupron on Thursday of this week. What was your BCP protocool?
Also, anyone else that would like to share their protocol I would love to know what it is because mine is extreme. On the last FET, my bloodwork the day before my FET showed my progestrone and estrogen levels were dropping vs. climbing, so my protocol was increased accordingly.
Other than the lupron, I will be doing PIO shots once daily, 3 progesterone suppositories daily, 1 estrodial pill vaginally daily, and 5 vivelle dot .5mg every other day. Pretty heavy dosage I think, and I am not sure why. I don't care though if it keeps me preggers
.
Lilsurfergirl-see if your doctor will up your meds to increase your lining potential.
TXbluebonnet-great to see we are cycling so close together, where did you get your donor embies?
Hoping for #1-thanks for the welcome we are hoping for #1 as well.

Seems like a lot of the girls in this group have been thru a lot. As unfair as infertiliy can be, it is good to know we can all understand each other and go thru this together. I know for sure that we will appreciate our babies more than ever. I hope May is everyones month and we get lots of BFP and healthy heartbeats thereafter!
