I was so happy to NOT find the ones I buy! I haven't eaten cereal in 2 weeks though. I have been low carb-ing.

The author of the article is also the Eat This Not That book author.

I have the 2010 version in addition to the kids version. It is so eye opening. I dropped 50lbs with Weight Watchers and really changed the way we eat. These books have enhanced that. There were some things I had been buying believing they were healthy, however after reading his books and becoming more familiar with label reading, I realize there are better options.

I love the Clifford Crunch for kids, I think it is made by Cascadian Farms? Not certain but it is one of the better kid's cereals, along with good old fashioned Cheerios.
