Can anyone tell me their experience with cervidil? Were you able to later deliver without pitocin? Was there any nausea? They want me to go to the hospital in late evening, get the cervidil and then sleep. Were you able to sleep with this? Thanks.

Please tell me your early labor signs. I am not really sure whether or not baby has dropped. No mucus plug yet. Sorry for tmi but diarrhea and cramping since wee hours and I am wondering if this is a very early sign. I am only 37 weeks.
