About LinkBacksHello*!!! How is everyone doing???? So far I have been okay, but I miss my Xananx....I feel almost homebound, but that is not out of the norm (i'll get into that later).
My shrink says I am doing well and looking good (he sees me mmmmaaayyybbbbbeeeeee 5 minutes every 3 months now. I am staying on the same meds*!!! Prozac (20) and 3 times a day on Triliptal and sleeping pills as needed*!!!

At least you just need the sleeping pills as needed. It's always a start when you can get off one med! I am off the antidepressants and no Xanax needed but my sleep is not the greatest so I still take a sleep med.
I know that I have trouble sleeping when DH is not in bed or he is away on business. Sometimes I put his pillows (he has 3) under the sheets and form a "fake body"..... LOL!.... because then it feels like he is there.... sort of-LOL! We do try to get on the same schedule of sleep because he is the same way when I am not in the bed or out of town. DH can't sleep well when I am not there.
And to think that some people can't sleep with someone else and they really need their space and own bed. Everyone is different.

Hello*!!! I think I need to start taking my sleep meds again though...HONESTLY I fought through an ambien.....not sure why....maybe too much on my mind.... BUT I am getting sleepy and should go lay down soon*!!!!!
