When I had problems with agoraphobia, the ony way I got out of the house was to be okay with the fact that IF I passed out, there would be people around to help me. I have a child now, so I dont know how I would feel about passing out with him.

I have drug out an old workbook called the Anxiety and Phobia workbook, by Bourne. I am retying to recall some of the things I learned from it.
