Afternoon Ladies...Just wanted to pop in and say hi. I'm not really having issues with my boobs, just still trying to get my digestive tract working right. Bed rest is horrible for making sure everything is moving through you...constipation sucks! The little one moves ALOT...I actually looked up on the net what does it mean if your baby moves too much. We never got to feel this before, so I'm new to all of this. She kicks me so hard that it feels like she trying to get out.

So I just got back from my ultrasound and it is a...................BOY. I am totally shocked. My DH is so happy I can tell. My DD#1 has always said it was boy and she was right and I was wrong. The /s tech was super nice and thourough, unlike other experiences I have had. She said he looks great. The only thing to watch for is the kidneys but they weren't in the danger zone or anything. I have heard this is common with boys too.
Christine- I did do the quad screen and everything came back good there. I have thought is would be cool to wait until the baby is born to find out but I could never wait that long really.
Ashley- I have already told DH that I want a tummy tuck and boob job after this baby and he is on board and says I deserve one after all of this. My boobs have finally grown too. It took way longer this time. I must be a C or D now although I am still trying to wear my 34B's. I will have to make the switch now.
Jessica- Where the placenta is also affects how early you feel the baby. I felt this one really early (of course it is a 3rd pregnancy too) and I even felt it on the outside last week. Today the u/s tech said the placenta is the back and that is why I feel it more too.
Bre- I am getting my tubes tied this time. I figure it will be easy with a c-section anyway. I would have loved any happy miracles before but after 3 I am done for sure and especially now we got our boy.Shannon age 34, DH age 35

Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Shannon!!!! So very happy for you!!!!! A name yet?
Jessica- I do feel Kenzie move, but it's not often and still very light. And this is my 2nd. I mostly feel her at night too. Probably because I am more relaxed. I definitely don't feel her moving around as much as I would like.

Peanut - Congrats - a boy

Seems like your DH had a premonition at BRU
I've read about the placenta placement affecting movement before, and they have not told me where the placenta is located, so maybe that's why I'm not feeling babies yet, just worries me (then of course, what doesn't!). Thanks for the info.
Bre - Makes me feel better that I'm not the only one that really feeling babies. If your 19 weeks with 2nd pregnancy and only feeling lightly, then I guess it makes sense that I may not be feeling anything yet. It's just frustrating, I'm so impatient! I thought I felt a really hard kick the other night in the middle of the night. I moved in bed and right in the middle of my stomach I felt a hard kick, nothing since then, so now I'm wondering if I was feeling things!Research study on frozen eggs, no embryos made it. 9/2010

Shannon-I gave DS benedryl for 2 nights and finally got some sleep (he has been struggling iwht a cold I swear!)...and then the next night (Sunday night) I did not and guess what...awake again...this time I just shut my door and went back to sleep, or attempted to...and now the past 2 nights he hasnt woken up again. I just need to remember to be a bit more regemented and I know he is ok and just wants to be close to us.
Jessica-I love the froggie idea! How cute! DH is def ok with a boy! He was prepared for it cuz thats what he thought it was from the get go...I think were doing Noah's room in Green...but not sure about animals or whatnot just yet.
Pink Congrats on the girl!! Another girl for you! It seems like duplicates are going around!
