How is everyone doing this week?
I had my weekly BPP yesterday and all is well. Baby scored 8/8. Before my appt., I had an orange and cherries to make sure baby was awake for all the measurements/vitals they need, but they were running REALLY late so that by the time I had my sono, he was asleep again. I felt so bad b/c they had to buzz him awake. Other than that though, all went well.
My pressure remains stable and next week I start the pelvic/cervical exams (I think that's what doc said they were called). Yay...looking forward to those (insert sarcasm).
I'm so excited to think that I could meet this baby as soon as 2 weeks...hopefully, he'll hold off for another 3-4 weeks but the time is definitely near!! =)

Hello Ladies.
I have been away for a long while! The last time I logged on was May 7th!
Well today I am 34 weeks 2 days with twin boys. I am so happy to have made it this far. At 28 weeks I started contracting and had a positive FFN(the test the do to see if you could go into labor within 2 weeks). I have been taking it easy since and they are still in there!
I had an u/s this past Tuesday and the doctor now thinks I could make it to 37 weeks or beyond! Yay! Baby A measures at 4lbs 3oz and Baby B 4lbs 12oz. They are growing well. The doc said that they still have skinny tummies though! But that means I have over 9lbs of baby in me already!!!!! That's why it is so hard to walk now...LOL!Me (Kim):30

Hi everyone!
Lady Mosley, congrats on your good progress with your twin pregnancy. That is so great!
Latnexplorer, what does BPP stand for? I didn't see that on the acronym list. You must be getting really excited now that you're so close to your due date!
I was a part of a 6-week pregnancy group, and a few days ago, we all got together for the first time since it ended. It was a delight to see everyone again and to admire our growing baby bumps. We laughed a lot as we shared stories. It's so nice to have other moms-to-be to share the journey with, on-line and in person.
I still have a ways to go in my pregnancy, as my due date is at the tail end of July (28th). We're about half way through our childbirth classes, and I'm reading a really interesting and helpful little book that a midwife loaned me on how to help your baby get into the best body position prior to birth, to make it easiest on the little one and the laboring mom.
My latest food obsession is fresh strawberries. There's a roadside stand near our house that offers organic berries picked throughout the day at peak ripeness. They just taste sooo good!
This week and next, my husband is out of town on his last two work trips until a month or so after our baby's birth. It's hard to have him away for so long, but I'm trying to stay focused on the fact that he'll be around for a good while once we get past this period.
My prenatal appts are still a month apart at this point, and I'm thankful that my health and that of the babe have held strong. After so many years of dealing with infertility, it's been such a blessing to have a healthy, thoroughly enjoyable pregnancy! It's been so much fun.
Blessings on all you other July moms-to-be for the days ahead and your babies' coming birthdays!
