Crib or basinet/cradle?

Just curious what you ladies are doing in terms of your babies 'nightly' sleeping quarters.

Avalee is in a cradle beside our bed.
As the days go on, (she's 3wks3d), she's cooing A LOT in her sleep which is keeping dh and I awake for a good portion of the night.

We transitioned our ds when he was about 3mo'ish to his crib in another room. This time I want to do it much sooner with Avalee, but I'm nervous.
Her room isn't far and we have a baby monitor, but I worry about the swaddle blanket coming loose in the night and her pulling it over her face.

Where is your baby sleeping and how are you wrapping them at night?
If they are in your room, when will you move them to their crib in their bedroom?

Thanks.

I was planning to start using the crib as soon as I got the go ahead to be able to do the stairs after my c-section. Until then we were using the pack and play by our sofa bed. When I was allowed to go back upstairs, I couldn't handle him not being near me, so we went out and got a bassinette for our room. I have no clue when I will actually transition him to his crib. At night, it has been way too hot here to swaddle him, so he just sleeps in a onesie, without any covers. I've tried putting a blanket on him, but he just kicks it off.

It's too hot here for swaddling as well so we just have AJ in a onesie with no covers. He's in a bassinet by our bed and the plan will be to move him in his crib around 1 month.

Both boys are in our room in bassinets on each side of the bed. We do swaddle them all the time, and they seem to really like it.
Havent used cribs yet.. they dont seem to like them.

mine are swaddled in their bouncy seats and we take turns sleeping downstairs on the couch by them. we are dealing with reflux (common in preemies). we are moving in sept so they'll have a room to go into as my mil has our 3rd bdrm rt now.
