Other than the furniture and bedding not much. We're waiting until after our showers to buy anything else.

Same here, we've got the furniture and bedding but will wait to buy him anything else until after our showers so we know what we still need. DH & I are going to go to Build a Bear and make him a bear though. Not sure when we'll get that done, but it's in the plans.

Just clothes and a couple of supplies for the eventual nursery. I am hoping to buy the carseats and stroller today. We're not having a shower b/c I have a lot of stuff left from my son who is just over 3. We need another high chair but not for some time and things like that. We'll just pick them up as time goes by!

Happy shopping!

I've bought clothes, some stuffed toys, replacement cushion for our infant carseat that we used with my ds, (bought a pink one this time), a couple of cases of wipes, diapers when on sale, some decor, bedding and artwork for her room and a "Lil Sister" shirt to match her big brothers shirt.

Hoping to move the furniture in in the next couple of weeks.

We so far have a bunch of clothes (some given to us, some bought by us), and our crib, dresser, and bedding. Like the others, waiting til after the shower to buy the rest. Hoping that not too many people buy us newborn clothes as we have soo many right now.

Sounds good ladies...

I am in the process of combining houses. I'm moving in with Xaviers dad. So that's a process in itself. I have so much stuff @ my house already! I'm a bit split over the decision, i understand it'll help with $$. Plus he wants to have Xavier and I with him...I just was really set on Xavier having his own room (which he would at my house) vs. here he'll be in our room (that I already feel is too small with just us two).

Xaviers older sister has her room, and then his lil sister (who's only with us 2 weekends in the month) has the other room. I want to use that one for Xavier BUT it would be weird to do at this point....

This is all short term I guess ~ The ultimate plan is to move again in September to my other property (currently being rented out). There Xavier will have his own room as it's much larger ~ 5BR Colonial.

All that to say - I dont think it'll be wise to buy alot right now due to space. I am pile stocking on wipes, lotion, etc. We are having a family shower on May 16 - and the welcome home party (shower) in June or shortly after he comes home.
