About LinkBacksMy back has been SOOO achy lately and I asked OB what he recommends and he said to try any type of Icy Hot. So I bought the large gel back patch/strips and put one on last night. It was heaven! They last 8 hours and my back actually felt normal again! Of course now after working all day I'll need one tonight, but wow they work well!
Just thought I'd share!

I used solanpos (?) pads... they work well too. I still like my cold rice pack though!
