HOPE . . former multiple ivf'er had my QUADS!!

Thought you could use some hope. I use to come here all of the time but burned out from doing ivf with no success. We did 3 cycles never had any make it to freeze. 1st cycle was at Univ of penn. The next two were at RMA in NJ 2nd no luck 3rd all three took and one split! We have identical girls. Anyway, we traveled to Phoenix at Good Samaritan Hospital (we are in PA) to have these quads and went to 30 weeks 4 days. The babies spent two months in the NICU/Nursery and are now home. The flight home was CRAZY!! The babies are thriving and gorgeous and we never sleep. It is another hard journey. Sometimes I can't believe this is true. Well we are now blessed with 2 girls and 2 boys (Frank, Judy, Claire, Jake). I hope you all get off this infertility roller coaster soon I know how hard it truly is. It took 3 years of infertility and 12 weeks of total bedrest PLUS living out of my home state for 6 months in Phoenix. Hopefully if you are reading this I am giving you some hope. I pray for all of you .
Love
Wynn AKA CLAIRE

What a beautiful story!

It's amazing! Quads and Twins all in the same pregnancy! I cannot imagine having four at once, but what a blessing!! I am so happy for you. You certainly made up for those years of infertility!!

I wish you luck with your four beautiful babies, and thank you so much for sharing your story with us.

Oh Claire, what wonderful news!!! I emailed you a couple times since we last (emailed). But since I received no reply, I figured you were doing well on your own and I respected that. I am so glad to hear your kids are doing well and wish you the very best!!!
Warm regards,
Sandia

Hi and Congratulations!!

I remember you from trying on earlier cycles too. My old user name was CookieC. I'm so happy for you that things worked out well and you have 4 beautiful kids! Your post does help give others hope.

I had a daughter last Sept. on our 3rd IVF and I'm in the 2ww for our 4th IVF now.

Best wishes to you and your new family!

Hugs,
Hazel's Mom

You're Back!!!

Hi Wynn-

I have been wondering for so long how you have been doing!! I don't know if you remember me or not but we were both going through our IVFs together. I also went to RMA. Our 1st cycle at RMA was negative but we went back for a FET and got pregnant. I had a little boy on Aug 17 2002. I can't believe he is almost a year old!!
Congrats on your four bundles of joy. I can't imagine having four babies at once.....how exciting and exhausting, I'm sure!
I am from Strasburg, PA...not too far from West Chester. If you ever want to email me to share experiences, please feel free to do so... berger117@comcast.com
